What will you do
Operational Management:
- Oversee and coordinate all food and beverage operations includingrestaurant barroom service (please confirm how many F&B services does the hotel has)and events.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and guest experience in all food and beverage areas.
- Control inventory levels purchasing and storage of food and beverages to ensure the departments profitability.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and efficiency on a daily basis.
Staff Management:
- Supervise motivate and train food and beverage staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Create work schedules and manage breaks to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
- Implement training programs in customer service hygiene and food safety.
Cost Control and Budgeting:
- Develop and manage the food and beverage departments budget ensuring revenue and cost goals are met according to set objectives.
- Analyze operational costs implementing strategies for savings and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Review and control menus and pricing to maximize department profitability.
Customer Relations:
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing food and beveragerelated needs and concerns.
- Collect guest feedback and propose improvements to the services offered.
- Develop new offerings and promotions to attract guests and enhance the dining experience at the hotel.
Compliance with Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations food safety standards and labor laws.
- Supervise proper handling storage and presentation of food and beverages.
- Ensure the safety of guests and employees within the food and beverage areas.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Research new food and beverage trends to implement innovative and appealing options for guests.
- Actively participate in the creation of new menus special events and activities related to food and beverages.
What do we look for
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management Tourism Culinary Arts or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control budgeting and operational costs.
- Leadership effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- Customerfocused mindset and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and occupational health standards.
- Proficiency in English (and other languages if applicable).
- Flexibility and willingness to work in rotating shifts
