The role:
The role of the Deployment Project Manager is to lead the deployment and onboarding of customers onto the Alliants Experience Platform.
The Deployment Project Manager is responsible for driving and overseeing the delivery of a number of multiple parallel deployment projects to ensure that technical onboarding is executed in the most effective way across the Alliants team and that any technical issues are unblocked across the Alliants business.
It is also critical that our Deployment Project Manager drives positive engagement and builds relationships and trust from the start. You will be required to ensure that customers are well engaged have clear and appropriate communications as well as clear guidance throughout the process of what is needed from them for the project to succeed.
In the role you will primarily use Jira and Salesforce as the key tools for planning and delivery.
Some key areas youll be working on:
End to end responsibility for the successful efficient deployment and onboarding of the Alliants Experience Platform to our Customers.
Coordinating task delivery and dependencies across Alliants teams and external vendors.
Working with Stakeholders Business Sponsors and Senior Stakeholders to meet deployment commitments.
Working with external providers and vendors in a collaborative and proactive manner.
Managing resources and plans to ensure high quality on time efficient delivery.
Proactive resource management.
Important to have:
- 2 years experience working as a Junior Project Manager
- Adaptable to different customer cultures and environments but ultimately able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple customer engagements / discussions underway at any given time.
- Experience of using structured processes for delivery.
- Clear and prompt communications with customers to ensure continual alignment and awareness of project delivery momentum (including challenging conversations).
- Strong emphasis on listening and understanding perspectives to allow a balanced position to be formed and communicated to people at all levels internally and externally.
- Senior level stakeholder management and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to chair facilitate and lead internal meetings workshops and structures to achieve project requirements.
- Able to structure and lead customer meetings governance forums and workshops communicating across stakeholders at levels from most junior to csuite.
- Able to clearly document outputs of all discussions and meetings to ensure actions commitments and expectations can be understood and shared both by the customer and internal teams who need to support success.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with customers and team members.
Desirable technical experience
Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams from presales through to delivery and development.
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Good understanding of PCI / GDPR and data security adopting this knowledge during project implementation
