Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and Inspection: Receive inspect and verify all deliveries of goods supplies and equipment ensuring they meet hotel standards and specifications.
2. Storage and Organization: Store goods supplies and equipment in designated areas maintaining a clean organized and secure store environment.
3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate inventory records conducting regular stocktakes and reporting discrepancies or variances.
4. Issuance and Control: Issue goods supplies and equipment to authorized personnel ensuring proper authorization and control procedures are followed.
5. Stock Level Management: Monitor and report on stock levels identifying slowmoving or obsolete items and recommending adjustments to inventory levels.
6. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to hotel policies procedures and safety regulations ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
7. Communication and Liaison: Liaise with department heads suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of receipts issues stock levels and other relevant transactions.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
3. Skills: Basic math skills attention to detail organizational and communication skills ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift push and pull heavy objects stand for long periods and work in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications: Inventory management or storekeeping certifications.
2. Software Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
3. Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages.
