Job Description
Materials Manager
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a strong plus.
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in Purchasing or Production Planning including logistics preferably in lowvolume highmix environments.
- Extensive experience in lean environments with strong organizational and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure meet tight deadlines and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid experience in contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in addressing challenges from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in lowvolume highmix production environments.
- Advanced project management analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Significant experience in preparing and delivering presentations to executive teams.
- Indepth knowledge of production and inventory management.
- Advanced oral and written skills in both Spanish and English.
- Expertlevel command of tools such as Excel Access and Project.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing warehouse and logistics functions.
