- Execute endtoend project management activities for support project
- Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage support concepts (Incidents Service Requests Change Requests RCA for Problem Tickets) and dependencies.
- Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics (SLAs) and status reporting.
- Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.
- Manage all change requests validate all budget/schedule impacts obtain the stakeholders commitment and communicate approved changes to all teams.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of managerial/leading experience in Oracle Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) projects. preferrabally knowledge on HCM solutions
- Strong in managing activities related to Projects and IT activities
- Good in manage aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery and executive team
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans
- Identify analyze and recommend project situations to management
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics work plans schedules resource plans and status reports
- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
- Motivate team to work outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables
- Capable of resolving escalations arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
- Good Experience in HCM functional consulting in Oracle Cloud
- Should have worked in at least two support or endtoend Implementation project starting from build and deploy of pilot templates rollout of templates across regions and support experience.
- Good business process knowledge and consulting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Structure approach to collaborate with team and stakeholders using JIRA ITSM and SolMan applications.
- Personality: willingness to learn entrepreneurial mindset creative proactive independent strong analytical skills passionate flexible innovative assertive convincing team player reliable willing to go the extramile when needed.
