What We Do
We re a survivorcentered traumainformed collaborative that brings together agencies and community partners under one roof to provide lifechanging support for individuals and families impacted by intimate partner abuse. And we need you to be the welcoming organized and compassionate first point of contact for those seeking help.
What You ll Do
As our Guest Navigator you ll be the goto person at the front desk helping survivors connect with the resources they need while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. You ll:
Greet every visitor with warmth and compassion making sure they feel safe and supported.
Coordinate with partner organizations to match guests with the right services.
Use traumainformed communication to help individuals in crisis navigate their next steps.
Manage front desk operations answer calls and schedule intake appointments.
Keep things running smoothly whether it s organizing the waiting area handling mail or making sure our interview rooms are fully stocked.
Oversee building security protocols to ensure safety for all guests and staff.
Help clients with transportation and assist in coordinating food donations and other resources.

Position: Guest Navigator
Location: Inperson Denver Colorado
Hours: 3034 hours per week
Classification: Non Exempt
Pay: $21 $21.50 per hour
Reports to: Director of Advocacy Services
Who You Are
This role is perfect for someone who s:
Passionate about supporting survivors and committed to social justice.
A great communicator able to provide ethical and informed guidance to individuals in crisis.
Highly organized able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence.
A problemsolver quick to think on their feet and handle sensitive situations with care.
Fluent in Spanish (strongly preferred) to better serve our diverse community.
What You Bring
A Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent lived/work experience in a related field).
Experience working with diverse communities and individuals who have experienced trauma.
A strong understanding of the impact of oppression and the dynamics of domestic violence.
Dependability resilience and the ability to stay focused in a fastmoving environment.
