Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager with 45 years of experience in software development team (Zoho or Odoo will be an advantage) to manage project governance client interactions team coordination and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements allocating tasks to the team ensuring timely project and running Scrum ceremonies to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Requirement Management
- Engage with clients to understand and document business needs.
- Translate client requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.
- Project Planning &
- Develop and maintain project plans ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Allocate and track tasks across the team for efficient .
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and minimal risk.
- Agile & Scrum Management
- Conduct daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
- Track sprint progress and resolve blockers for seamless project .
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines.
- Address client concerns proactively and ensure smooth project .
- Maintain clear documentation of issues risks and resolutions.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT Business Management or a related field.
- 45 years of experience in PMO/Project Management specifically in Zoho or Odoo.
- Experience working in Agile environments and running Scrum meetings.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Zoho/Odoo certification (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in ERP/CRM software implementation and integration.
- Strong knowledge of business workflows automation and customization.
