Job Description
Job Title: Patient Safety Physician SAR & SAR like
Reporting To: Coordinator Patient Safety Physician SAR & SAR like
Minimum Educational Qualifications and Experience
Required Skills
- Proficient presentation abilities

- Strong inclination towards processdriven tasks and structured approaches
- Dedication to timely completion of training activities and documentation
Operational Duties
- Compile PBRERs with a focus on the medical aspects of products and safety sections and analyze safety trends for the product including analyzing source data based on queries received
- Aid in identifying analyzing and deriving conclusions from safety data for any cumulative trends
- Collaborate with Therapeutic Head to determine signals and address any product safety concerns
- Engage with Therapeutic Area colleagues for improved understanding learning and development
Measurable Objectives
- Ensure 100 compliance for timely completion of all client and Cognizant required trainings
- Attain 100 compliance for adherence to work allocation plan including case closure based upon agreed timelines (TAT) and applicable quality benchmarks as per SOW

Requirements
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background and experience in patient safety or related field

Need to have passion for recruitment. MBA graduates are preffered. Graduation Year should not go beyond 2015. Need to reside in Bangalore only. Should be open to flexible timings and also to work on Sat-Sun (only if required)
