Job Description
- Generating leads:Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them of products services and offers
- Following up:Calling customers after purchases to initiate repeated orders
- Providing customer support:Answering productrelated questions and addressing complaints
- Maintaining customer records:Documenting customer information payment methods transactions and reactions to products
- Preparing sales reports:Comparing competitors offers and preparing sales reports
- Market research:Conducting market research to address customers
- Meeting sales quotas:Working to meet sales quotas
- Staying up to date:Being aware of industry trends and new product launches
- Liaising with other departments: Working with other departments to address customer queries and complaints
Requirements
Qualification : Graduate
Communication : Good
Language : Hindi EnglishLocal Language
Good Communication skill and Good IQ Level, Problem Solving Skill
