Job Description

Job Title: Presentation Specialist
Reporting to: Director
Company: CMM Level 3 firm
Employment Type: 1Year Contract (Extendable)
Work Location: Whitefield/Electronic City
Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Within 15 days to 1 month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident Presentation Specialist with expertise in creating high
impact PowerPoint presentations and engaging visuals. This role involves reporting to the
Director and working with leaders to develop compelling presentations using
visualization tools like Power BI R and advanced Excel. Strong communication and
collaboration skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations with clarity and visual
appeal.
Work directly with senior stakeholders and leaders to understand business needs.
Develop impactful video presentations and engaging visuals.
Utilize Power BI R and advanced Excel to create compelling data visualizations.
Create wellstructured annual reports in PowerPoint format.
Design eyecatching and professional PowerPoint templates.
Organize content cohesively for improved audience engagement.


Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong design and formatting skills.
Great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Expertise in graphic design data visualization and storytelling.
Expertise in Advanced Excel
Ability to collaborate with leaders and top management.
Experience in crafting visually compelling corporate presentations.
Strong understanding of corporate branding and design best practices.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Preferred from IT Staffing Experience background Administration, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology staffing or contingent staffing, preferably within an agency setup. Strong experience working with SIs and GCCs, managing large-scale technology hiring. Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and achieving targets. Skills: Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies across various domains. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and talent assessment capabilities for technology roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Proficient in using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and job boards for technology hiring. Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience in bulk hiring for technology projects. Certifications such as LinkedIn Recruiter or technical hiring courses.
