Job Description
Job Title: Solana Trading System Developer Location: Remote Salary: $6000 per month About Our Client: They are a forwardthinking asset management firm/hedge fund leveraging innovative blockchain technologies to revolutionize trading. We are seeking a talented developer to architect and build a highperformance trading system on the Solana network that enhances our asset management capabilities. Job Description: We are looking for a developer with a strong background in trading system development and blockchain integration. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing a robust trading platform tailored for Solanabased assets. You will work closely with quantitative analysts risk management teams and technology experts to deliver a system that ensures rapid secure and efficient trade . Key Responsibilities: Trading System Architecture & Development:
Design build and deploy a scalable lowlatency trading system on the Solana blockchain. Develop the core trading engine including order management and routing components.
Integration & Data Handling:
Integrate market data feeds liquidity providers and trading venues. Ensure realtime processing and management of market data and order flows.
Performance Optimization:
Implement highperformance coding practices to optimize system throughput and reduce latency. Continuously monitor test and refine the system to meet rigorous performance standards.
Risk Management & Compliance:
Incorporate robust risk management monitoring and logging mechanisms. Work with risk teams to ensure the system adheres to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Collaboration & CrossFunctional Development:
Work closely with quantitative researchers risk managers and IT teams to translate trading strategies into technical solutions. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Proactively identify and resolve issues in the live trading environment. Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure system reliability.
Research & Innovation:
Stay abreast of advancements in trading technologies blockchain integration and Solanaspecific enhancements. Innovate continuously to improve trading strategies and system performance.
Required Qualifications:

Trading System Development Experience:
Proven experience in developing trading systems preferably within hedge funds asset management or fintech environments.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in highperformance programming languages such as C Rust or similar.
- Experience with systems programming lowlatency architectures and realtime data processing.
Blockchain & Solana Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain concepts and practical experience with Solana’s network architecture and APIs. Understanding how to integrate trading systems with blockchain networks is highly desirable.
Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot performance issues in highstakes trading environments.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with algorithmic trading quantitative research or financial market data systems.
- Knowledge of additional blockchain platforms and their integration in financial applications.
- Familiarity with modern development tools DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
