Dedicated to providing customers with a cuttingedge platform they are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Acquisition to drive player acquisition strategies and expand the customer base worldwide.
In this role you will lead the development and of comprehensive acquisition strategies focusing on profitable growth across various markets. You will oversee all aspects of acquisition marketing including paid media affiliate marketing social media and onboarding journeys ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition to longterm retention.

Responsibilities:
As a Head of Acquisition your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Develop execute and refine acquisition strategies to attract highvalue players in a competitive iGaming landscape.Lead and mentor a team of acquisition specialists including advertising managers affiliate marketers social media experts and data analysts.Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns across performance channels such as PPC social media email marketing and affiliate networks.Establish and manage relationships with affiliates media partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive highquality traffic.Work closely with product retention and CRM teams to ensure a smooth player journey from acquisition to retention.Conduct indepth data analysis to identify trends optimise campaigns and improve key performance metrics such as costperacquisition (CPA) return on investment (ROI) and lifetime value (LTV).Continuously test and implement new acquisition strategies and channels to stay ahead of industry trends.Manage budgets for acquisition efforts ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximising performance.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly reporting on campaign effectiveness and adjusting strategies to achieve growth targets.Stay informed on the latest industry developments competitor activities and emerging marketing technologies.Requirements:
5 years of proven experience in digital acquisition marketing within the iGaming or online betting industry.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating crossfunctional teams.Expertise in performance marketing across multiple channels including paid search social programmatic and affiliate marketing.Indepth understanding of key industry metrics such as CPA conversion rate and LTV.Strong analytical skills with experience using data and analytics tools to drive informed decisionmaking.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced highpressure environment.A degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Masters preferred).Whats in it for you
