You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Assistant Front Office Manager in the hospitality industry your role is to oversee the front desk operations at resort. Your primary job is to ensure the smooth running of the front office and to enhance the guest experience.
Your key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries handling reservations and checkins managing staff schedules and ensuring adherence to SOPs. You are also responsible for training and supervising front desk personnel overseeing the billing process managing inventory and ensuring that all guest complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
To qualify for this role you need excellent communication skills strong leadership qualities and proficiency in the industrys software and systems. You should also hold a degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
