We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and drive complex technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background proven expertise in handling multiple stakeholders and the ability to navigate bureaucratic challenges within large organizations. This role requires strong leadership strategic problemsolving and experience managing crossfunctional teams to deliver projects within scope budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & :
Lead the endtoend delivery of technical projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans defining clear deliverables timelines and milestones.
Manage project budgets resources risks and dependencies while ensuring business continuity.
Implement structured risk mitigation strategies proactively addressing potential project roadblocks.
Ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory standards and governance frameworks.
Stakeholder & Bureaucracy Management:
Manage complex stakeholder environments including executive leadership business teams IT regulatory bodies and external vendors.
Navigate bureaucratic approval processes ensuring alignment with organizational policies while preventing delays.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations.
Influence key decisionmakers by providing clear datadriven recommendations for project prioritization and problem resolution.
Mediate conflicts between different teams or departments ensuring collaborative problemsolving.
Facilitate effective communication across multiple teams geographies and hierarchical levels to drive decisionmaking.
BusinessDriven Technical Leadership:
Collaborate with business analysts product owners and key stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into software requirements technical solutions ensuring feasibility scalability and ROI.
Conduct impact analysis to evaluate how technical decisions affect business processes endusers and revenue streams.
Technology Assessment for Business Impact:
Assess new technologies tools and frameworks not only for technical efficiency but also for their business value (costeffectiveness competitive advantage customer impact).
Work with crossfunctional teams to determine how automation improve business agility.
Evaluate risk factors (technical debt security compliance) in adopting emerging technologies.
ProblemSolving with BusinessCentric Approach:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges by conducting rootcause analysis linked to business performance metrics.
Identify bottlenecks in software development and deployment processes ensuring Agile and DevOps adoption accelerates business delivery cycles.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align technical project costs with business forecasts and budgets.
Agile DevOps & CI/CD as Business Enablers:
Champion Agile methodologies to ensure rapid business value delivery iterative feedback loops and adaptability to changing market demands.
Promote DevOps culture by bridging the gap between development and business operations ensuring a continuous feedback loop that enhances customer experience.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
Implement best practices in Agile Scrum Kanban or Waterfall adapting methodologies based on project needs.
Conduct sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives for Agile projects.
Utilize project management tools like Jira Confluence or equivalent to track progress.
Develop and present status reports risk assessments and executive briefings to senior management.
Continuously refine project governance processes to improve efficiency and reduce bureaucratic delays.
Technical & Project Management Skills:
7 years of experience in technical project management preferably in IT software development or cloudbased environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC Business Analysis cloud computing (AWS Azure) and enterprise architecture.
Handson experience managing software and infrastructure projects with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Expertise in multiple stakeholder management business case development and governance frameworks.
Strong risk management skills with experience handling large enterprise processes.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira).
Soft Skills & Stakeholder Management:
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with Clevel executives department heads business leaders and technical teams.
Strong ability to handle bureaucratic complexities and navigate large organizational structures.
Strategic problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on risk mitigation.
Exceptional communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to drive consensus among diverse teams with competing interests.
Comfortable working in highpressure environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
Experience in managing enterpriselevel technical projects or SaaSbased solutions is a plus.
