Job Description
At Serbyte IT we are looking for two Business Analyst profiles to join our team in Luxembourg: Senior and Intermediate. Both positions offer a hybrid work model with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
Tasks
- Lead the gathering analysis and modeling of business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support project planning ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including business requirements and progress reports.
- Participate in testing processes to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are understood and met.
- Monitor and report on project progress and raise any issues or risks that could affect delivery.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Masters degree in Finance Economics Engineering or Computer Science.
If the candidate does not hold a degree or Masters in the relevant field at least 7 years of equivalent professional experience will be accepted. - 7 years of experience in business requirements analysis (gathering and modeling).
- Participation in at least 3 projects in the areas of business requirements testing or project management.
Desirable Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector.
- Knowledge of financial products (loans capital guarantees).
- Fluent in English (advanced level). Knowledge of French is a plus.
