Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Optimize DevOps strategies to support healthcare applications and cloudbased services.
- Implement HIPAA HITRUST and other security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines infrastructureascode (IaC) and automation frameworks.
- Deploy monitoring tools to ensure system uptime security and performance.
- Manage security vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity.
- Work with developers security and IT teams to enhance DevOps workflows.
- Lead root cause analysis and quick resolution of production issues.
MustHave Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 6 years of experience in DevOps with at least 2 years in leading role like Manager/Lead DevOps.
Proficiency in Kubernetes Docker and containerized workloads.
- Handson experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD GitHub Actions).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Python Bash or PowerShell) for automation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
Familiarity with log monitoring & observability tools (ELK Stack Prometheus Datadog).
NicetoHave Skills
- Knowledge of server less architectures & microservices deployment.
Experience with GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD Flux).
