Job Description
We are looking for a customerfocused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in local brands strong upselling skills and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers providing product information and recommendations.
Drive upselling & crossselling strategies to maximize sales.
Handle cash register transactions & POS system efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness product displays and inventory control.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in local brands is a strong plus.
High school diploma or above (undergraduates can be considered).
Strong sales & upselling techniques.
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment.
