Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to boost our online presence and engagement across multiple business accounts
- Create eyecatching shareable content for various platforms including Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn
- Craft compelling captions and select strategic hashtags to maximize post reach and engagement
- Edit and optimize raw visual assets (images and videos) to create stunning posts and reels
- Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule and coordinate posts across platforms
- Actively engage with our audience by promptly responding to comments messages and inquiries
- Monitor social media trends and platform algorithm changes adapting our strategy to stay ahead of the curve
- Generate and analyze regular reports on social media performance providing actionable insights to drive growth
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals and values
- Manage and grow our online community fostering meaningful connections with our followers and potential clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management for businesses preferably in the healthcare or service industry
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for visually appealing content and engaging storytelling
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer) and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Uptodate knowledge of social media best practices trends and platformspecific nuances
- Experience with basic image and video editing tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable strategies
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
- Passion for making a positive impact and contributing to a missiondriven organization
- Familiarity with disability services or the NDIS sector is a plus but not required
