Job Description

We are seeking talented motivated and innovative Graduates to join our dynamic and highperforming Buildings / Structures team in Brisbane for 2026!
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning designing and executing engineering projects.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
- Technical Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cuttingedge.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation reports and drawings.
- Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Relevant work rights to live and work fulltime in Australia
- Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
- Experience working within a team in retail hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
- Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Are innovative thinkers and problemsolvers
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
