Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Prepare management accounts manage financial planning budgeting analyze performance and ensure compliance.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient processes collaborate crossfunctionally and mitigate operational risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a highperforming team fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Strategic Contribution: Participate in developing company goals and aligning them with financial and operational strategies.
- Strategic Decision Support: Analyze financial information and provide insights to guide strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Part Qualification in CA ACCA
- Minimum 0305 years of previous experience in the preparation of financial statements in an Executive capacity
- Proven experience in financial management operations and leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
