About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Client Success Manager to join our team in the adult industry. This role requires someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met while fostering trust and transparency. Your ability to communicate effectively manage relationships and drive engagement will be essential in delivering an outstanding client experience.


Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Build and nurture strong client relationships through clear and proactive communication.

Understand client needs provide solutions and drive engagement.

Manage client accounts track key performance indicators and address any challenges.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Utilize emotional intelligence to navigate client concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

Maintain organized records of client interactions and progress.


Required Skills & Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in client relations people management or account management.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients.

High emotional intelligence to understand and address client needs.

Proven experience in people relations and fostering strong connections.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

A responsible and proactive approach to client success and problemsolving.

Fluency in English Portuguese and Spanish is required.
