Job Description
Job Title: Spa Manager
Location: Stellenbosch
About Us: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spa Manager to lead our spa team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate values kindness teamwork and excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations staff treatments and facilities.
- Balance therapists schedules to prevent burnout while maintaining service excellence.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness presentation and guest care.
- Monitor financial performance budgets and revenue streams.
- Manage inventory procurement and spa ecommerce offerings.
- Develop and implement spa policies packages and new treatments.
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and content.
- Work with the Head Chef and other departments on bespoke spa experiences.
- Handle staff recruitment training and development.
- Foster a positive work environment that prioritizes staff wellbeing.
- Address guest feedback and resolve concerns.
- Perform treatments for VIP guests as needed.
Qualifications:
- CIDESCO in Aesthetics ITEC in Aesthetics or SAAHSP diploma/degree in aesthetics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hospitality setting. 5star essential
- Strong leadership organizational and people management skills.
- Expertise in spa treatments staff training revenue management and marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Shedul Salon Software and preferably Easipos.
- Empathetic detailoriented and able to work under pressure.
Salary R50 000 depending on experience
Office Hours: MonFri 85 or 6 1 weekend a month
Please note candidates must have their qualification in Aesthetics.
