This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM 5:00 PM Mountain Time (11:00PM 8:00AM Manila Time)
Interact directly with Companys Pros to ensure timely dispatch and highquality
service.
Ensure timely and effective responses to customer service inquiries while
coordinating with Pros to ensure a customer positive experience.
Troubleshoot and assist in resolving customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
In coordination with Companys CSR team manage customer accounts including
information updates scheduling and service modifications.
Manage Companys Pro accounts including information updates scheduling and
monthly payouts.
Maintain accurate records of orders and service schedules.
Build strong relationships with Pros by providing consistent communication and
support.
Actively collect feedback to improve pro retention customer loyalty and service
quality.
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and work towards solutions.
Handle service disputes or challenges in coordination with the Operations team.
Share insights and feedback from Pros and customers to improve operational
workflows.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and
customer experience.
