Job Description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM 5:00 PM Mountain Time (11:00PM 8:00AM Manila Time)


Location: Edmonton AB Canada

Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Pro Coordination:
Interact directly with Companys Pros to ensure timely dispatch and highquality
service.
Ensure timely and effective responses to customer service inquiries while
coordinating with Pros to ensure a customer positive experience.
Troubleshoot and assist in resolving customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
Account & Order Management:
In coordination with Companys CSR team manage customer accounts including
information updates scheduling and service modifications.
Manage Companys Pro accounts including information updates scheduling and
monthly payouts.
Maintain accurate records of orders and service schedules.
Pro Engagement & Retention:
Build strong relationships with Pros by providing consistent communication and
support.
Actively collect feedback to improve pro retention customer loyalty and service
quality.

Issue Resolution & Problem Solving:
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and work towards solutions.
Handle service disputes or challenges in coordination with the Operations team.
Continuous Improvement:
Share insights and feedback from Pros and customers to improve operational
workflows.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and
customer experience.


Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Customercentric mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Techsavvy with proficiency in common communication and scheduling tools (e.g.
Google Suite Zuper CRM platforms Slack etc.).
Prior experience in customer service operations or administrative roles is an asset.
