Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Dental Office Treatment Coordinator
Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week flexible with potential for extended hours
  • MondayFriday 9am to 5pm New York Time
Timezone: New York

Client Overview

Join a thriving specialized dental clinic that s revolutionizing patient care in the field of dentures. This forwardthinking practice is dedicated to enhancing smiles and improving lives through topnotch denture services. With a team of 34 skilled dentists the clinic is expanding its reach and seeking a dynamic individual to be the cornerstone of their patient communication efforts.


  • Handle approximately 810 hours of calls per day

  • Manage appointments for 24 dentists

  • Work fulltime with flexibility to cover business hours in the Eastern Time zone

  • Potential for up to 60 hours per week if needed


    Responsibilities
    :

  • Answer and manage inbound calls using Ring Central system

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for multiple dentists

  • Return missed calls promptly to maintain patient engagement

  • Book appointments and convert inquiries into confirmed visits

  • Manage and organize patient information in the clinic s system

  • Handle basic administrative tasks as needed



Requirements

  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in using phone systems particularly Ring Central

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment scheduling software

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
