Learning Operations & Program Management
o Support the execution of learning programs including scheduling logistics and reporting.
o Manage training records enrollments and completions within the LMS (Workday
preferred).
o Ensure compliance training tracking and reporting are accurate and timely.
Data Management & Reporting
o Utilize Excel (intermediate level: VLOOKUP Pivot Tables IF formulas data cleaning
and visualization) to manage and analyze learning data.
o Build basic Power BI dashboards to visualize learning metrics and trends.
o Generate reports on training participation effectiveness and impact.
