Role Overview
Were looking for a Content Manager to oversee our entire content creation process ensuring our AIdriven workflows produce highquality engaging and effective content.
You will be taking assets and information from our clients and using our OrcaruAI other AI/LLMs to turn it into high quality blog posts and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Content Workflow Oversee the endtoend content production pipeline from AIassisted drafting to human editing and final publishing/handing off to the client.
- Oversee AIGenerated Content Guide the AIhuman hybrid workflow ensuring AIassisted drafts are refined for brand voice clarity and authenticity.
- Optimize for SEO & Performance Ensure all content is SEOoptimized using tools like SurferSEO and Wincher
- Manage the Content Team support our writers/editors by creating initial content for them and then reviewing content and giving feedback/edits in timely manner
- Ensure Client Satisfaction Work with Operations Manager to ensure we have all customer information necessary to create high quality content and that content is delivered in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a writer/editor and/or content manager
- Hands on experience/familiarity with Google Suite Asana Wordpress SurferSEO and Quillbot/Grammarly
- Basic technical knowledge of blog publishing
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with social media
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and timemanagement skills
