Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Department Housekeeper we are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the efficient daytoday running of this busy department whilst maintaining the highest level of cleaning standards. You will:
- Inspire your team with a guestcentric approach to your work.
- Be focused on brand standards details and cleanliness.
- Train coach and guide a team of enthusiastic industry potentials.
- Be hands on leading and supporting the team through your actions.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a supervisory role within a Hotel and collaborating with business stakeholders
- Have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals
- Strong presentation skills and organisational skills
- High degree of selfawareness with demonstrated aptitude for selfimprovement

The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and Ibis Rotorua Lakeside is a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.
