Job Description
Were seeking a dynamic experienced Product Specialist (aka Business Analyst) to join our growing R&D Data & Analytics team.
As a Product Specialist you will play a key role in defining shaping and refining enterprisegrade software solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding business needs gathering and analyzing requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the development of fitforpurpose products. Stability usability scalability and business value are central to this role.

As a Product Specialist you are expected to:
- Lead the requirements gathering and elicitation process working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear actionable specifications.
- Ensure that product features align with business objectives usability standards and enterprisegrade quality expectations.
- Apply structured problemsolving and analytical thinking to product design and development processes.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineers UX designers and business leaders to drive successful product outcomes.
- Support and contribute to product roadmap planning ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Document and communicate requirements user stories workflows and business processes in a structured and clear manner.
- Advocate for usercentric design and leverage methodologies such as Design Thinking to enhance product value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies bringing insights into product innovation and process improvements.
- Facilitate presentations training sessions and stakeholder discussions to ensure seamless adoption and understanding of product features.
- Be a team player selfdriven and eager to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies to improve product outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Analysis Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with enterprisegrade applications in a product or business analysis capacity.
- Proven ability to envision the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering elicitation and documentation to translate business needs into actionable product features.
- Experience in product design and development processes with a usercentric approach.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies is a plus.
- A natural curiosity and passion for learning new technologies and processes to drive product innovation.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a structured and analytical mindset.
- Strong problemsolving skills with an innovative and strategic approach to product development.
