Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive

Company Overview: Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is a leading recruitment firm currently partnering with a preferred technology client that provides innovative solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our clients thriving team. Viable candidates will have a transferable skill set in or around telecommunications technology.

Job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by building relationships with current and prospective enterprise level clients. This is a fulltime permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients in the technology industry

Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in target companies

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business

Conduct presentations and demos to showcase our services and solutions

Negotiate and close deals with potential clients

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns

Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role preferably in the technology industry

Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Selfmotivated and resultsdriven

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Willingness to travel as needed
