Job Description
Role: Control & Instrumentation Design Engineer
Education: B. E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
Years of Experience: 15 18 Years
Job Location: Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Basic Knowledge of respective areas like Control System Engg. Field Engg control System Engg.
- Review of Contract document Deviation /clarification to contract document and project specification procedure.
- Analyze and raise technical deviation to Contract.
- Preparation of design Calculations
- Preparation of Design Basis and key engineering Documents
- Check sufficiency of input document e.g. process
- Check availability of Inputs and execution of Daily work schedule.
- Provide clear instruction to Engineers/Designers for document preparation. Clarify doubts for the preparation of documents
- ITP compliance with respect to Contract clauses
- Quality Check
- Review of Check list and work done by Juniors
- Compliance to codes and standards Contract requirements Scope or work/supply etc.) through Interview.
- Prepare and Check scope of work and responsibility point of view.
- Interface requirements within the department and inter department.
- Vendor print documents.
- Review of drawing and documents based on the plot plan and density.
- Familiar with document and Drawing preparation from Aveva Instrumentation and Aveva E3D.
- Identify the documents for approval of Classification societys like ABS / DNV.
- Requisitions/Technical Bid Analysis
- 3D model review model checks for Layout Preparation.
- BOQ and Cost Estimations of Instrumentation and control system
- Awareness of International codes and Standards.
- Good communication analytical & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team as well.
- Active participation in personal & organizational growth in order to prevent inefficient procedures.
