Job Description
Role:Customer service
This person will administer routine customer facing order management activities. She/he will use basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures to help execute well established customer service activities for export customers. She/he will contribute to an increased level of transparency communication and responsiveness with the companys export customers.
Mandatory Skills : this people need goods English & SAP skill to
- Receiving and processing medium complex customer orders inquires & complaint across multiple stakeholder following standard procedures.
- Assisting customers with order status invoices and other information needed to complete an order.
Experience :
- Experience working in a customer facing environment.
- Experience export processing document requests.
- Experience processing customer orders.
