Job Description
Our company is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced individual to take the lead as a Senior Business Development Manager in the Apparel sector. The selected candidate will be pivotal in steering business growth and expanding our market footprint in a highly competitive industry. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth in the apparel market.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and market segments within the apparel industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients stakeholders and industry partners to promote client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Performance: Lead the sales team in setting and achieving sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Industry Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a highperforming business development team fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in business development preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills with a track record of successful team and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English.
- Selfmotivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
