Job Description
Location: Windsor ON
Salary: $20.83 per hour
Shift: 8 AM start time
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Windsor ON. This role requires strong multitasking skills excellent phone etiquette and the ability to coordinate efficiently with drivers and dispatchers.
Responsibilities:
- Logging in and getting set up for incoming calls
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and assist with scheduling and dispatching
- Confirm pickup times and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely service
- Work closely with a team of drivers and dispatchers
- Adapt to a fastpaced environment with no set lunch break
- Maintain efficiency throughout the day and wrap up work by 5 PM sharp
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a dispatch or logistics environment
- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Experience with scheduling and dispatching is an asset
- Ability to problemsolve and adapt to lastminute changes
