Job Description
A factory production operator is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery on a production line in a factory ensuring the smooth and efficient manufacturing process by following safety guidelines maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets by setting up equipment feeding raw materials inspecting finished products and reporting any issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude: Understanding of basic mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot simple machine issues.
- Attention to detail: Ability to carefully inspect products for quality defects.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills: Familiarity with data entry and production monitoring systems.
- Problemsolving skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues
