Job Description

Our client a leading Italian pasta and gnocchi manufacturer is expanding its presence in the U.S. and is looking for a Plant Manager in Pennsylvania to oversee daily operations at its first U.S. production facility. The facility set to be fully operational by September 2025 will play a key role in the companys expansion plans.

Tasks

This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a clear growth path to Vice President of Operations as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all plant operations ensuring efficiency quality and safety.
  • Oversee production performance process improvements and equipment maintenance.
  • Build and mentor a strong operational team.
  • Develop and manage budgets for costeffective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in plant management preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.

Additional Information:
The selected candidate will spend 23 months in Italy for training at the companys headquarters and production facilities.
