We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to serve as the Business Development. This role combines strategic business development responsibilities with executive administrative support ensuring the CEOs office runs efficiently while driving key growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive detailoriented and capable of handling multiple highpriority tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities partnerships and collaborations.
Conduct market research competitor analysis industry trend and support in contract management and client relationship management.
Prepare business proposals pitch decks and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate followups on leads meetings and business discussions to ensure progress.
Collaborate with internal teams and departments to align business development efforts with company goals.
Manage the CEOs calendar schedule meetings and ensure timely followups.
Coordinate internal and external meetings including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.
Assist in drafting reports emails and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
13 years of experience in business development
Strong English communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
