Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Utilize lead generation techniques to attract likeminded individuals through social media (Facebook LinkedIn etc.).
- Conduct structured interviews with candidates via phone (scripts & training provided).
- Arrange and facilitate online Q&A sessions and followup appointments.
- Mentor and support new clients providing them with the tools and training to succeed.
- Build your personal brand and establish a strong online presence.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (either selfemployed or with a reputable company).
- A selfmotivated openminded approach driven by excellence and integrity.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- Experience in digital marketing sales or business development.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently take ownership and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- A passion for continuous learning personal development and making a positive impact.
