Job Description
Job Title: School Counselor/ Academic Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate School Counselor to support students emotional social and academic wellbeing. The counselor will provide guidance counseling and intervention strategies to help students navigate challenges and succeed in their education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling for students facing personal or academic difficulties.
Assist with emotional wellbeing stress management and peer relationships.
Support students in career guidance and personal development.
Collaborate with teachers parents and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Deal with Academic things like Syllabus planning register maintaining etc.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Psychology Counseling or a related field.
Experience in student counseling and behavioral support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Priority : Female Candidates (otherwise anyone can apply)
