Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Drama Department overseeing the development and delivery of the curriculum from KS3 to KS5.

- Organise and direct outstanding school productions and performances showcasing students talents and encouraging teamwork and leadership.
- Foster a love of the performing arts across the school incorporating innovative practices and extracurricular opportunities.
