Key Responsibilities:
Increase brand visibility on social media platforms in collaboration with the content team.
Monitor and analyze community engagement evaluating campaign performance and overall growth.
Respond to community inquiries moderate discussions and foster a positive inclusive environment.
Develop strategies for social media platforms such as Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and messaging apps.
Manage and coordinate content calendars for various teams.
Identify trending topics and engagement opportunities aligned with the brands identity.
Collaborate with growth product and analytics teams to align community goals and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels.
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish (C1) and intermediate English (B1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in social media marketing and community management preferably in the Casino/iGaming sector.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Content creation skills adapting messaging for various platforms.
Residence in Colombia.
