Controller – Houston TX
About the Role
A Houstonbased company is seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations reporting and compliance. This onsite role is responsible for financial planning budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning budgeting and reporting processes
- Oversee accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with NetSuite (musthave)
- Strong background in financial planning budgeting and accounting
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
- Experience working with financial systems and software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- CPA designation is a plus
