Our client an international clinic is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and the BOD to formulate and execute strategies across the organization including policies and plans to achieve both short and longterm objectives for each clinic.
  

• Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures related to medical care that align with the company s needs.
  

• Oversee and manage medical and clinical operations ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and ethical practices.
  

• Provide medical advice and consultation to executives and stakeholders.
  

• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement by monitoring KPIs and implementing initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
  

• Lead interdisciplinary teams fostering collaboration communication and knowledge sharing among medical professionals and staff.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including medical associations government agencies and community organizations to advance healthcare initiatives and partnerships.
  

• Act as a representative of the CEO conducting surprise inspections of clinics and pharmacies to ensure discipline is upheld in all areas and submit reports to the CEO.
  

• Stay informed about the latest trends research and technologies in healthcare and introduce new services to enhance the clinic s operations and performance.
  

• Responsible for recruiting training and staffing medical personnel such as doctors and nurses for the entire clinic network.
  

Leadership role

• Provide leadership in enhancing quality and clinical effectiveness focusing on care management patient satisfaction and safety while ensuring appropriate treatment and resource utilization.
  

• Implement preventive care strategies and ensure the execution of quality management programs through effective disease management clinical protocols and outcome reviews.
  

• Regularly update medical care policies and oversee the performance of the medical team to align with the company s objectives.
  

Clinical expertise and patient care management

• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure quality assurance and optimal medical outcomes across clinic services while managing health service delivery in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
  

• Provide clinical consultations address patient complaints and assist in implementing preventive care strategies while actively participating in the review of clinical outcomes and training programs for clinic personnel.
  

• Oversee the maintenance of patient documentation inventory management and medical equipment selection while ensuring adherence to safety and health policies.
  

Requirements

• Must possess a full medical license to practice in Vietnam
  

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience including management roles in mid to largesized hospitals or clinic chains preferably experience in internal medicine with a focus on cardiology.
  

• Proven managerial and administrative skills
  

• Strong knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare regulations.
  

• Leadership team management and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proficient in professional English both written and verbal communication.
