Job Description
Job Title: Business System Analyst
Interview: Virtual
Job Location: Dallas TX
Job Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking a Business System Analyst to support a loan origination project in the auto finance industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan origination systems pricing engines and tools like Blaze.
- Gather analyze and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and surveys.
- Validate and refine requirements to align with business needs.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and implement system changes.
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and execution.
- Support project planning execution and tracking.
- Manage action items and followups across IT QA business teams and vendors.
- Document system architecture integrations and configurations.
- Assist in system maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Analyze trends and insights to support business decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science IT or a related field.
- Auto finance or captive automotive finance experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of business operations processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and market trends.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Basic to intermediate technical skills for system documentation and troubleshooting.
