Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Golang) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Own the greenfield development of our email and SMS marketing products integrating them seamlessly with our foundational data layer and Al engines.
Design and implement scalable highperformance systems capable of handling large volumes of messages and user interactions.
Collaborate closely with founders to shape our technical strategy and make key architectural decisions.
Contribute to the development of our Al engines including creative copilots and hyperpersonalization tools.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team as we grow.
Be prepared to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and areas of our stack as needed.
Drive innovation in areas such as firstparty data collection attribution and customer data unification.

Requirements
5 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Strong background in building scalable distributed systems and data platforms
Experience developing customerfacing applications particularly in email or SMS marketing
Proven track record of endtoend ownership of significant technical projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in ecommerce.
Background in building dataintensive products or Alpowered applications.
Experience at a highgrowth startup.
Proficiency in languages commonly used for highperformance backend systems (e.g. Go).
Experience with realtime messaging systems queuing technologies (e.g. PubSub).
Familiarity with GCP is preferred.
