Job Description
AECOM is seeking to hire a talented and experienced Senior Transportation Project Manager. This position will be supporting FDOT District #1 as a senior level TSM&O transportation consultant
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical leadership for a specialty and is considered to be a fully capable professional in their field.
- Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Makes decisions independently on technical problems and methods and represents the organization in conferences.
- Resolves important questions and plans and coordinates work.
- Use advanced techniques and the modifications and extension of theories precepts and practices of the field and related sciences and disciplines.
- Supervision and guidance relate largely to overall objectives critical issues new concepts and policy matters.
- Receives direction on unusual conditions and developments.
Qualifications :
Minimum:
- BA/BS civil engineering or related field
- 8 years of transportation engineering project management experience
Preferred:
- MS Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering License
- Traffic and transportation engineering project management experience
- FDOT project experience
Additional Information :
- Visa support is not an option for this position
- Relocation is not an option for this position
