Job Description
Lead Data Analytics Consultant
Work Module Hybrid
Shifts European( Starting from 12:00 noon)
Location Kolkata
Job Qualifications:
- 7 years property insurance experience with 5 years experience in management of midlevel professional teams or similar leadership position with a focus on data and/or performance management.
- Extensive experience in applying and/or developing performance management metrics for claims organizations.
- Bachelors degree in computer science data science statistics or a related field is preferred.
- Mastery level knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated expertise in Power BI creating reports and dashboards including the ability to connect to various data sources prepare and model data and create visualizations.
- Expert knowledge of DAX for creating calculated columns and measures to meet reportspecific requirements.
- Expert knowledge of Power Query for importing transforming and shaping data.
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes data pipeline and automation a plus.
