Job Description

You will be a part of the Global Order Team consisting of 6 people. The purpose of the team is to deliver an excellent Supply Chain in order to support the overall business plan of Ascom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales order handling
- Price and delivery information to customers
- Communicating with customers
- Information to customers about changes in delivery dates
- Invoicing
- Custom issues related to deliveries
- Issue licenses
- Monitor updated delivery requirements
- Defined reports and KPIs
- Equipment list handling in ERP
- Replanning
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communications skills both in Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent team player skills
- Driven and structured mindset
- Ability to solve problems.
MERITOURIOUS
- Studying 1st or 2nd year at the University
- Experience in Microsoft Axapta
- Good knowledge in Excel
- Experience working as an order administrator
PERSONAL SKILLS
We are looking for a driven person with the ability to understand execute and communicate the processes within Supply Chain. To be successful in this position you need to be socially confident and motivated by working for the customer. You also need to have the skills to build good relations with customers and other key stakeholders. As an individual you must be able to handle stressful situations and have the capability of having many things going on and still be able to find a good structure in the work.
