Tasks
Your Role
As a Growth Marketing & Sales Working Student/ Intern you will support our Director of Growth in driving our sales and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
- Sales & Marketing Support:
Assist the Director of Growth with daily activities to boost our market presence and enhance customer engagement.
- Campaign & Lead Generation:
Plan execute and analyze targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
- CHM Administration:
Take responsibility of the system and process administration. Communicate and help to transform leads sucessfully into satisfied encosa customers.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct research to identify market trends understand customer needs and analyze competitive strategies to refine our sales efforts.
- Content & Collateral Creation:
Support the development of sales materials marketing presentations and proposals for external partners and potential clients.
Requirements
Your Profile
- Education:
You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field. Ideally you are in the final phase of your bachelors or already enrolled in a masters program.
- Experience:
Practical experience in sales marketing project management or related areas is a plus. You are eager to further develop your skills in a startup environment.
- Mindset:
You are proactive solutionoriented and ready to take initiative. Creativity and critical thinking are integral to your approach.
- Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are essential along with strong attention to detail.
- Cultural Fit:
