DS Technologies Inc is looking for Business Analyst and UX role for one of our premier clients.
Job Title: Business Analyst and UX
Location: Mississauga Campus Canada (23 days onsite per week)

Genentech is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between customers and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements translating them into actionable specifications and contributing to the development of a platform console used for asset management and selfservice features.
Position:Business Analyst / UX
Responsibilities:- Gather and document detailed customer requirements.
- Convert customer needs into functional specifications workflows and concepts.
- Collaborate with technical leads to validate processes and ensure requirement alignment.
- Facilitate communication between customers technical teams and stakeholders.
- Document business processes workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess proposed solutions to ensure they align with business needs.
- Provide support throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in quality assurance and testing phases.
- Develop user manuals guides and training materials.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in cloud & security environments.
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP CCBA) are a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g. Diagram Jira Markdown).
- Strong understanding of Cloud and Security concepts.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customercentric approach with a valueoriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
- Requires onsite work (23 days per week) at the Mississauga Campus.
- Interview format: 1 round (1 hour) covering general and technical questions.
- Must have experience in business analysis and cloud/security environments.
- Preferred candidates will have relevant certifications and a strong customerfocused approach.
