Job Description
- Seasoned analyzing and modeling business processes to create a coherent vision of data flows and operational workflows.
- Experienced developing and maintaining the business architecture framework including business capability maps process diagrams and flowcharts.
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement within existing business processes and capabilities and recommend solutions.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels to gather feedback and requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and priorities.
- Expertise in IT governance risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Experienced in reviewing and developing policy
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders technical teams and executive leadership and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
- Fluent preparing written materials and facilitating presentations and formal briefings to leadership.
- Proven experience providing enterprise business architecture analysis capabilities and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Proven experience implementing enterprise solutions; defining and delivering enterprise solutions in a technical and/or enterprise Business Architecture leadership role; and analyzing designing and optimizing infrastructure and Enterprise integration solutions.
- Skills in analyzing complexities of existing technology.
- Knowledge of system architecture integration techniques and testing methods to review existing IT structure encapsulate its weaknesses and strengths.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT/technology including successfully implementing one or more enterprise technology solutions.
- 6 of the ten years providing enterprise business architecture analysis capabilities and workflows.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Computer Engineering or related field.
